THIS IS NOT A MOVING COMPANY! I REPEAT, NOT A MOVING COMPANY! They only contract out to truck drivers! Deserve -10 stars.
So many issues with this so called "moving company." I was given 2 estimates by 2 different sales women before the move that were around the same amount, $2400 to move a studio size amount of stuff. I told them exactly what I was moving from CA to MA. They say they are a moving company, which they are not. Before picking up my items, I asked how long it would take for delivery. I told them that I would need a shuttle. I asked if the shuttle was included in the estimate/cost. I asked about insurance and was told that "their guys are trained and told to handle items in a way where they will not be damaged' as if they are a "moving company." And I was told delivery would be within 21 days of pick up and that the cost of the shuttle, of $350, was included in the estimate/cost of the move. On the day of pick up I am told the estimate is way off by $1700 and that I have more than what these 2 different sales people told me. I could not afford to move all of my stuff at an additional $1700, so I had them move 500 cubic ft. at an additional $700 above estimate. I had to leave 25% of my stuff in a storage unit in CA. This was all happening 3 days before I was starting to drive back to MA. Then they do not deliver my items for 6 weeks! I called them and called them and just got the run around. They picked up on May 11, delivered on June 27th. Unbelievable!! It gets worse. The guy delivering my items calls me the day before and he has no idea I need a shuttle. I could not not believe it. Then this so called "moving" company calls me 14 hours before delivery telling me I need to pay another $350 for the shuttle after they had just told me 5 days prior that my balance was $1700. I was furious at this point. The guy shows up with my stuff, literally thrown into the back of a Uhaul truck. He moves only some of the stuff and tells me and my neighbor that "he is not a mover. He is only a delivery man" and his helper he had just hired to help him was not a mover either!! My neighbor moved most of my stuff with minimal help from these guys that were supposed to be movers. They put nothing together and lest stuff that I and my neighbor had to finish moving. I paid for professional movers and I did not get anything near that service. This company should be shut down and put out of business as they are not a moving company and I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND TOTALLY MISLEADING!! I want some money back. I did not get professional service in the least from the beginning to the end. Complete nightmare. And some dishes were broken, framed items were broken, a lamp shade totally crushed, a plastic container that had some clothes in it was totally busted up and I am missing a box of items. I could go on and on, but I will stop. This is not a moving company and they should not be allowed to be in business as one. UNETHICAL!!

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $3300

I had to move from Huston for a great job opportunity in Chicago. I was excited to make the move but wasn’t sure the logistics of what entailed making such a long-distance move. The phone agent was extremely helpful itemizing my things and giving me a price that ended up being close to accurate to the real cost of the pick-up and delivery of my furniture. The team that picked up my things in Huston showed up in a large semi-truck due to me having a five-bedroom home worth of belongings. They packed my items in boxes, wrapped my fragile items and moved everything on the truck with no issues. I thought the team as very personable and professional. My delivery of items was quick due to, from what I was told, the number of items being moved from my home was about the equivalent to one full semi-truck. I received my items in 6 days and found no damages. I was unsure about using this company since their price was nearly half the cost of some of the other companies I spoke with, but, it turned out being a great move. I usually do not write reviews but was surprised that the customer service department gave me a call to see how my move went, both after they picked up my belongings and after they delivered. If for some reason I move again, I will call Superior to handle my move.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $11500

The guy Chris calls me on the 28th and I allow him to quote me. He tells me that his company (Las Vegas) and the Texas company were totally different and they have no affiliation, but its NOT true. Same D.O.T # and MC # and the address for the Vegas company is actually an apartment complex, but before knowing that I decided to book. The day after (29th) I called Chris to confirm the moving days/times and he told me to give him 20-30mins to return my call and he should have it for me. 3hrs later I called the 800 # and the rep told me that they processed my CC 2-3 days ago and it didn't go through. I told the rep that it was impossible since I never knew this company existed until yesterday and how I just was introduced to them on the following day, she literally argued with me about MY MONEY and after explaining the whole story to her about my dealings with Chris, she caught herself getting an attitude and transferring my call to management. I explained the situation to the manager and instead of going by what the rep said she told me a whole different story of how my CC # was put in the system incorrectly so they decided to cancel my WHOLE RESERVATION.. Are you serious!! You rather cancel my reservation instead of calling to update me on the situation, so we could re-enter my CC # and complete the service. I was beyond upset and she was not trying to rectify the issue at all. She just didn't care. The sad part is if I couldn't think of a plan B, me and my family belongings would of been out on the street. In the long run I guess everything happened for a reason; I would of HATED to go through anything else with this company after the poor service they offered. Oh and btw: never heard from Chris again.. SMH, This company has no empathy or professionalism!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1302

I was moving from Vegas to Cali. Chris was the representative I spoke to who will sell you up and down they are the best business to go through that military ppl love them and that I am going to love their business so much that I’ll recommend them to friends and family.


I was originally quoted for $ 2,400 for 600 cubic feet with a deposit of 230, he then called back and said I should fluff to 800 cubic feet just to be safe but that I probably wouldn’t pay the price of for $3700, but that I should just lock in that space on the truck just Incase! I say okay. Then then took another 600 deposit from my account.

Fast fwd to moving day.. they show up late, they come in look at my nice stuff and tell me. Oh it’s gunna be $5,700-6,500 now because we think your going to need more space.. he told me I’m prob going to need 1,200-1,500 cubic feet but we won’t know until we load the truck. Mind you, I have a one bedroom apt.
I had other company’s come out and quote me. My apartment is under 800 cubic feet of stuff . Less than 5000 pounds of stuff.

So My boyfriend and I tell them they are crazy and that we want to reschedule because we don’t agree with what they are saying. I try to call Chris back and now he’s no longer answering or returning my call. I’m now dealing with ashley r. who has an attitude with me on the phone and declined a refund. She told me that because I agreed to the deposit and declined their business that she doesn’t have to refund. But you can’t tell someone one thing and show up and try to hustle them! When I told her I’m reporting them to the BBB she laughed told me good luck. They they cross their Ts and dot their Is and I’m not going to get any money back.
When you call 855 number she transfers it to her cell phone (red flag)
The deposit which was only supposed to be 10% of the cost which would have been $370 (from when I fluffed). They ended up taking $830 out of my account ( doesn’t show up on your bank account as supervan lines it comes up as “moving services” ) not a real business!
Also note that after I had this issue I did my research, there is no superior van line in Las Vegas the address is actually an apartment in Henderson.
Trust me! Don’t do business with this company!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $900

This company is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. From the phone call at the start telling me to not talk to other movers, saying I needed to book now to get there winter price and spouting out nonsense about how veterans love them. I should of known it was going to be a scam from right there. They were two weeks late picking up my stuff. They were so late in fact, I had to fly to Chicago and leave all my things in my apartment and have friends let them in to pick it up. It took them 23 days to deliver my things from Salt Lake City to Chicago. When I called somewhere in between they told me my things were in storage in Las Vegas. When they did finally deliver, They tried to charge me 350 for a shuttle because they said there was no way a truck could reach my apartment because of low bridges. I just checked a map in my neighborhood and there are plenty of ways to get a semi truck here. I refused to pay, had to rent a Uhaul and meet the driver 10 miles away to pick up my things. My Tv was shattered. My bed frame busted. My computer desk split in half. My boxes all damaged. My tv stands legs ripped off. My mattress wasn’t wrapped and filthy. I looked in their truck as he was unloading and it was completely disheveled inside. I pity whoever else’s things those were in that poorly packed truck. Then I drove it all home and unloaded it myself. I’ve moved across the country multiple times and never had am moving company like this one. Customer service is non existent. The girls in the office play this game where one tells you something to calm you down and when you call back another day because it clearly didn’t happen, one of the other ones denies knowing what the other said and tells you something new. They did this multiple times. They don’t have an official yelp because it’s pretty clear, they would be destroyed there. Worst movers I’ve ever used.

They will not only make your life MISERABLE, but they will damage your belongings and will not care.

They damaged my belongings and I had put a claim into CSI,(Port St. Lucie, FL 34988) and what a joke. They are just as bad as"Superior Van Lines".

I had checked the reviews and I personally think they were done by the staff.

Its so important to do your research BEFORE you hire a moving company. Pay the extra & use a reputable & big name moving company, as they are professionals at this.

STAY CLEAR of "SUPERIOR VAN LINES "(Henderson NV)

Delivery was over a month late. Employees didn't want to abide by covid 19 guidelines in apartment buildings. Still missing 3 boxes, and over half of what I received was damaged. They scratched my motorcycle that was suppose to be crated. To top that off, they are difficult to communicate with. I've filed a claim but after reading reviews I probably won't see a cent from the damages they caused. It took over 2 weeks to get ahold of someone, who didn't want to discuss the issues, just wanted to send a form to your email, for claims. Terrible, an absolute nightmare.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $2150

They are the absolute worst. Broke my belongings before even being loaded on the truck. These guy are not professionals by any means and are not "Superior" by any definition of the word. They overcharged me and charged me for things that they left in my storage bin.They contract with Moving Pro US, another less then reputable firm. DO NOT use these guys unless you want your things broken or lost. They will try to convince you that they only have a few complaints. It is a LIE. You're better off renting a U-Haul and hiring some day laborers to load your things. It would be half the cost and wouldn't be any worse than the job I, unfortunately, hired them to do. If you had bad dealings with these guys like I did, report them to every agency that regulates interstate commerce and put these guys out of business.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** This company will take your money and destroy your stuff. I wish I had done more research, up front. They are not professional movers — they are scam artists. They showed up 30 days after they said they would. They made me sign a document saying I had received all of my items and that all of those items were in good condition BEFORE unloading the truck (and refused to unload it and let me see the items until I signed). They significantly damaged every piece of furniture that they hauled for us. They charged more than agreed upon and refused to unload the truck until I paid — and the drivers wouldn't accept anything other than cash. They also caused intentional (I have proof it was intentional) damage to our new home upon dropping off our items. I'm only uploading a few pictures — I have DOZENS. This company took our money AND cost us more than $10K in damaged items. Think about this: the last time you moved your own items (I've moved my own items a dozen times), did you damage any of your own stuff in the move? Maybe a lamp? Maybe a glass?? These are supposedly professional movers and they didn't just damage a couple small items — they literally damaged every large item of ours. I repeat... they are NOT professional movers. They are scam artists. ** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**

Stay away from Superior Van Lines and All Moving USA.Four months later, I am STILL waiting for my belongings to be delivered!

I hired All Moving USA which is the moving broker company and I was working with a woman named Wendy. They picked Superior Van Lines moving company to move me from my 3 bedroom apartment in Las Vegas, Nevada to Raleigh North Carolina. The Superior Van Lines movers, Casey and another guy (can’t remember his name, maybe Andres), picked up my belongings on October 8, 2020. They were really nice, friendly and very professional, so I was glad that I ended up with really nice movers. I even took pictures of them and tipped the guys $100 bucks each. My F.A.D.D. (First Available Delivery Date) was October 14, 2020. The attached pictures are the 2 movers that picked up my items.

Casey told me that my stuff should be delivered on October 19. I didn’t think that would happen and I was fine with that. I was aware that per my contract it could take up to 30 business days for delivery. No problem. I had paid $1583 for deposit when I booked the order and gave the movers $1271 at pick up plus the $100 tip to each guy. I am supposed to pay another $1271 at delivery, which hasn’t happened yet. As of today, February 11, 2021, 4 months later, my stuff still have not been delivered to North Carolina. 4 months! I have contacted Superior Van Lines numerous times. Usually I’m on hold forever and they end up hanging up on me. On the times I was lucky enough to talk to a person, I was told every time that they have no updates and that they’re waiting for an available truck to come to North Carolina. I’ve also been in communication with the broker company, All Moving USA, with a Jennifer Knox via email and she keeps telling me the same thing, that they are waiting for a truck to come to North Carolina.

I am appalled and shocked that this company, what I thought was a professional company, would have no regard to a paying customer once they got my money. Why would they commit to moving me when they couldn’t honor the delivery? I would’ve been fine with a little delay but 4 months? I've been scammed. I have pictures of the movers and photos of my belongings/boxes and household items. I feel betrayed because the movers were really nice to me and took great care of moving my stuff in the truck. I have a medical condition and the tremendous stress of this situation has caused me to flare up and I ended up in the hospital in December. I submitted a complaint to the Nevada Attorney General’s office about the moving company. I contacted the Las Vegas police department and the receptionist suggested that I file a civil suit. I do plan to contact a lawyer for a consultation to see what they suggest as my next step. I don’t want any money. I just want my stuff. I have sentimental items that cannot be replaced. I had moved to Nevada in 2017 to care for my elderly mother and became her caregiver. She passed away and that’s the reason I moved back to North Carolina. My elderly father also passed away due to COVID. So i was still grieving my parents' death and then to deal with this moving fiasco is just too much.

Needless to say, do not hire Superior Van Lines to move you. Not once did anyone call me to give me status on when my stuff will be delivered. I’ve been the one contacting them constantly. After 2 months of sleeping in an air mattress and a metal chair to sit on, eating Thanksgiving dinner on the floor, in December 2020 I finally decided to take out a loan to buy some basic necessities and furniture so my kids and I could spend Christmas in my new apartment. Another 2 months after that, fast forward to today February 11, 2021, I still don’t have my furniture and belongings. I’m going to be reaching out to Las Vegas local cable news networks to see if they can help expose this company. Both companies. I don’t know what else to do since I’ve never been through this before. I’m going to call the police department again to see if they will accept a police report filing on my situation. I am writing this review on behalf of my 86 year old Mom. This company totally scammed her. Cost was Way more expensive than original quote. They broke lamps and furniture that was supposed to be cover by a company called csipros.org. This company would not stand behind the contract of damages either. They held up the claim for months and then after the expiration of the contact they said, Sorry but too bad we closed it out and you are not entitled to damages any more. My mother is on fixed income and has to live with broken lamps and furniture. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They do not stand behind their word.

They should be named inferior movers! After setting up my move date , they wanted to change it. That wasn't possible for us . After a lot of back and forth a date was agreed upon yet they couldn't tell me the time of pick up.. would call half hour ahead. At 3:30 that day they called to say they had a driver problem and couldn't get to us till next day, but again couldn't confirm a time. At 10:30 I called to see where van was and after some back and forth was told it would be there soon , no real time. At that point I said forget it, I'll get another mover. At 12:15 the driver called to say he was 10 min away, he didn't even know we'd cancelled.
Don't wast your time and energy with this company, they don't know what they're doing, last thing you need at this stressful time is a company like that.

I moved from Austin, Texas to Indianapolis, Indiana to help my mother take care of my dying grandmother and help with the funeral arrangements. My stuff was picked up on the 13th of March in Austin and delivered the 21st of March in Indianapolis (at 6pm when I was told it be there between 1 and 3pm). Once I checked my stuff I realized I was missing a couple of items. The movers told me to call about them, and I was greeted by a rude woman over claims who told me to email her. I emailed her about my items immediately after getting of the phone, but never heard anything back. I called another 2 times after about 4 days (once I was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on), I was told to send another email to a different person, but I still haven't heard anything back, and now its been 2 weeks since I called about my missing stuff and nothing has been done about it.

I genuinely enjoyed my move to Seattle using Superior as my moving service. I looked up moving companies and found Superior had great reviews for a less expensive relocation service. They were significantly less expensive than Mayflower and so on, and with the good reviews, I gave them a shot. The phone agent was informative and pleasant to talk to. We went through all my items I was moving over the phone and was given an estimate just over a grand. This was half the price I was quoted from other companies. When the moving team arrived, they showed up and were very approachable. I had many question about my late father’s grandfather clock and how it was going to be protected for the move. They informed me they did not see any crating service listed on the estimate but the guy who seemed like the manager told me they would wrap and box it for free, showing sympathy for my loss. The price given to me was a bit higher than the estimate but only by a $130. This was because I had them pack a few other items I forgot to mention over the phone. Upon delivery it was it was me basically telling the moving team where I wanted my stuff to go in my apartment, and that was that. I found no damage to my grandfather clock and none of my items for that matter. If you’re looking for a move for an inexpensive cost, I’d recommend calling Superior.

I normally don't write bad reviews because I try to work things out in person. This company makes promises they CANNOT deliver on (no pun intended). My pickup date was scheduled at the June 28 and they arrived on July 3rd. My friend was to drive up with me and she booked a flight back on the day my stuff arrived so she had to cancel her ticket and I had to drive 14 hours to my destination alone. When my things finally arrived, it was not until July 24, almost A MONTH after the first pickup date. Really bad customer service, too. When I tried to express my grief in the matter, one of the gals (Tiffany, I believe) actually told me days before arrival, that I was "welcome to choose another service." She said this DAYS before they were to arrive. So terrible. I suppose I should count my blessings that all my stuff arrived with nothing broken after reading the other reviews, but I really needed to say something to prevent others from making the same mistake.

I booked with this company in June of 2018. Well in advance if my Aug move. I spoke with a lady named Ann out of the Las Vegas office. ( or so I was told) Paid my deposit and thought all was good. Movers were suppose to arrive on July 23 and 24 as my last day at work was July 31 and my son and I were driving to our new home on the east coast. Tuesday cane and went.. no show , no call . When we called it was always ring and then disconnect. Finally the Friday before our move on Tuesday we finally got ahold of Ann she told my son something about someone stepping out of the shower and it was .. “ oh by the way.. we can’t go to New Hampshire “ I was so outraged with only two days before I had to leave . Luckily we found another company, which I’ll also report later. But never , ever use this company for any long distant move.

Hi there. My first review ever but I think this company did a good enough job to put up a good review. Superior Van Lines was great from the phone agent all the way up to the delivery team. I had a two-bedroom apartment worth of furniture and belongings and everything was handled with care. I found no damages in the end and my fragile items were wrapped for free. After reading some of the other reviews, that's a five-star worthy event. I even had a good rapport with the women I spoke with from customer service, who I believe was Kayla. I hope not to have to move again for a long time but if I ever do, Superior it is!

Superior Vanlines DOT:3028843 MC 49214 agreed to move us from Burbank CA to Seattle WA. Two weeks before out move date they took a deposit and Marisa told me that we were first in line for a 9am pickup on Thursday the 14th of June we didn't hear anything more until 8pm on Wednesday the 13th. The pick up was pushed back to between 4pm and 6pm, not ideal but no big problem. 5pm that Thursday I called customer service to check in and was informed the crew couldn't come but they could probably do Friday. This was an issue as we had to be out of the apartment that Friday, I called and spoke with Tiffany the owner who said dispatch was working on it and they would get a crew to us between 4pm and 6pm that Friday. Friday morning I confirmed we were still on for the pick up and was told not to worry. When I called a 2pm I was told by customer service (Erica) that I had cancelled the move 3 days ago so no one was coming but they had graciously refunded my deposit.. We spent the rest of Friday scrambling to move our apartment into a storage locker to avoid penalty charges at our apartment. All thinks considered not moving with Superior Vanlines cost us $1500 in storage locker fees, truck rental and flights back to Burbank to arrange another moving company. Avoid these lying scumbags.

By far the worse company I've ever done business with. Too many bad things to say about them. So, I'll spare you the details. Here's what my experience was with them:

-deceptive/dishonest business practices (charge you WAY more cubic feet than what you actually have..pending criminal charges for felony fraud)
-They delivered a month late
-We haven't finished unpacking all the boxes yet and we are already up to over 70 items broken or destroyed
-Antique table, commercial grade elliptical, and arm chair completely destroyed
-They delivered almost 90% of our boxes upside down
-About 30% of our boxes had been smashed with heavy weight
-Improper packing
-100% rude customer service
-If you call an complain, or call to ask questions they automatically place your call on hold. when I would call from a number that they didn't recognize, they answered immediately

Do not use this company. I'm in the process of building a criminal or civil case against them. I will be taking them to court.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $22000

My name is Hope Higgins, I recently moved to New York City from Missouri City, Texas. The men who picked me up did an amazing job. I’ve seen other reviews complementing the team Tyler is working with and I agree. I also wanted to give some credit to the man I talked to on the phone who helped with my estimate. His name is Kevin and he was available to speak with me on the phone the whole time up to my delivery. I may have given Superior Van Lines 4 stars mainly because how hard it was to get a hold of customer service sometimes, but Kevin was always available, and made up for the star. So, five stars to them because of the hard work he did to help with my concerns. Thanks again to the whole group, Kevin and Tyler, double thanks!

I wish I would have never been sucked into this. When I mentioned to the salesperson that I was concerned about their reviews, he went on to tell me how people tend to exaggerate .. and it was all a bla bla bla .. I should have followed my gut instinct.

I scheduled a move for my kids who were relocating to Buffalo, NY. We exchanged many emails about the dates, about the costs, about everything. No detail was left out of my communication.

The movers were delayed 2 days! Their internal communication errors and misunderstandings led to this. Communication failed.

My kids belongings were finally picked up. They said the movers were kind, and did a very good job in packing the van. So the quote went up from the original estimate by about almost $3000. No big deal. IT was a lot of stuff. Movers left for Las Vegas Saturday. My kids followed a day later. It took my kids 4 days to arrive in Buffalo, arriving on a Thursday at 2 AM. That same day, at 2 PM, Superior Van Lines called to inform them that the moving van had been stolen "probably between Sunday or Tuesday".

Today is 5 months after their loss, and the "third party" insurance has denied paying the claim for the stolen property! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?

Imagine the worse. It is worse than that. I am very upset. There are more deatils that I could write but I won't. The loss is almost $30,000! My kids do not have to funds or means to replace anything stolen. Winter has come, and all of their winter gear sits at LVPD (mysteriously, about 15 boxes were located at a storage, but the "suspect" would not talk so LVPD closed the case.

They waited as they were told to do based on days prescribed by law to pay a claim. And now this!


Mover, BEWARE!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4000

From the time we paid our deposit, we struggled to get hold of them to confirm our pick up date. They did not answer emails or phone calls until very shortly before our move day - the red flags were already there. Once they walked in and looked around, they almost tripled our estimate and demanded that we sign all paperwork and pay half before they remove our furniture. Not only did they take three trips to remove our furniture, they left about some items it in our garage which we clearly informed them we had to vacate. After the third pick up they then left three items in our garage of which we never received. They threw our valuable pictures, china, glass lampshades in boxes without sufficiently packaging them which resulted in most of our items arriving broken at our destination a week late. We suffered broken headboards, lampshades, damaged leather couches, smashed coffee tables, mirrors and dining room chairs, boxsprings etc . To follow will be photos depicting the extensive damage. They held our furniture hostage and kept increasing the price yet again when they discovered that they did not like our destination driveway.

We ultimately spent about 10 000 dollars on a move that they originally quoted 3 500 dollars on. We have submitted all of the photos of our broken items a month ago and Superior Van Lines have not had the decency to respond to us via email or telephone to compensate us. They have seriously abused and neglected us. DO NOT USE THEM - they are SHAMELESS.
